The only bank machine in the city is located here but the bumper car parking lot is so small and always full that you cant park here to use the bank or machine.You have to drive around in circles looking for a place to park.Terrible situation.
RBC on West Street has poor service, rude employees, inaccessible access to the branch locally. The receptionist no longer exists. Phone calls regarding appointments have disappeared. The call centers are worse than Rogers. 20-30 minute waits. I have been a customer of RBC for 50 years. I am totally disgusted with this branch. They are the highest earning bank in Canada!
Paid off a loan over a month ago and have not received a written receipt -called 6 or 7 times for it and gets the runaround .How hard is it to send a receipt in the mail?
