I own a duplex in Moncton and I needed an emergency delivery of oil to both oil tanks in my duplex. They would not deliver oil to me because I did not have an account set up. This seems odd to me because I would have switched to their company and they would have had two tanks to fill and they lost a new customer. I would have paid by credit card and even paid a delivery charge. I just want oil and a reliable supplier for the future.
