The worst online ordering experience I have ever had. Bought and paid in full for new forks. 3 weeks later, the item was still "being processed.," with no confirmation number given, and multiple attempts to inquire about the order went ignored and unanswered,. I ultimately had to file a dispute with paypal (escalating to claim, as Mike's Bike Shop never even responded to the dispute). Service at Mike's is not good at all. They promised to get my bike back to me within one week and I called to check on it and was told it was "not ready yet" and I called on the day it was supposed to be ready and, after 10 or so phone rings, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. So I hung up and drove over only to see 3 staff there, no customers, and my bike not even touched yet. No apology and only excuses. There TV commercial has Rick guaranteeing your bike back within 24 hours - not true at all!

Great products Great service!

I had no idea what I really wanted or needed for a mountain bike. I recieved excellent information from Mikes Bike shop and I was able to find a bike, and all the gear I needed to start biking. I have continued to go back and always find something new I want! Thanks for the great service, see you next tune up! All the best

All I can say is WOW!

This place is a class act! Not only do they have an awesome store, will both the top brands we were looking for, the staff and customer service was UNREAL! The other shops in town could take a real lesson from these guys on how to impress and keep customers.
