Horrible customer service and mediocre food
They were out of the brisket so I ordered Down to the Bone Ribs. After having one bone from the full rack, I asked the server to replace it with another rack because it was just too dry. She returned minutes later saying that the cook said any replacement would be just as dry because the ribs had been pre-cooked too much. The manager refused to remove the ribs from our bill after we erroneously paid it and did not even come to the table when the server informed him of our issue.
