I experienced multiple disappointments with them. For one, I should have never been charged for a key since I was leaving the area and was going to have mail forwarded. When I called to ask if I had received mail, I was told there was a charge for this which is petty & ridiculous. I gave them a new address to forward my mail to, and yet mail was still sent to an outdated address. When I mailed the key back to get the deposit back, they claimed the key wasnt in the envelope which is a lie.

I dropped off a package to be sent to the US with FedEx on Friday. On Wednesday I discovered that the package was still sitting at the store even though I paid for overnight priority. I used the tracking and discovered it was ready for pickup in Vancouver. I called and they were confused. They mixed up my outgoing package and thought it was incoming. Absolutely incompetent not shipping my package and holding it thinking it is ready for pickup.
