support was good when they want you to buy. all the friendliness are gone once products are purchased. i was promised a replacement item, waited over 2 month, nothing happens. they will keep on promising you and talk to you during the warranty period. during that waiting period the warranty period is over.Once the warranty period expired, you will be ignored. at the sametime, your dispute period with the bank also expired. Make sure to process the dispute with the bank while taking to them.
