Horrible Service 1st time I serviced the boat they broke a part on the Bimini. Total nightmare to arrange the pickup/delivery and getting a copy of the invoice. 2nd time they forgot about picking the boat up and need to reschedule three times, performed the semi-annual instead of the annual service, starboard engine was perfect and now has difficulties to start.
My wife and I popped by to look at boats and we walked out the proud owners of a wonderful cuddy. Such a relaxed shopping experience , and a big thankyou to Aaron for his willingness to answer questions and providing great information. There was no, absolutely no pressure sales. We walked around not having to look over our shoulder for the stalking salesperson -which we loved. Thank you Breakwater Marine. John B
Aaron really saved my bacon on this one. I needed a certain amount for my boat. He guided me through the investment required (polishing and bottom painting etc.), and importantly worked on getting me a trailer (I didn’t have one) so I could sell my boat for the price needed until 9 at night. The technical advisor Alex was also great. Friendly and helpful with good advice. I’ll be buying my next boat from Breakwater for sure. Neil.

I tried selling my boat on my own but with no success. I gave it to them to sell it on consignment and it sold the first week after I delivered it, netting me more money than I was trying to get on my own. Excellent service and Value.

After deciding to sell our boat on consignment at Breakwater Marine, we changed our minds and asked to cancel the contract and have our boat returned. Aaron was very accommodating and there were no issues at all getting our boat back. He was very understanding of our situation and very professional to deal with.

I have bought 3 boats with Aaron at breakwater over many years. There is a reason I continue to buy and service my boats there - because they know what they are doing, they do great service work, and whether I'm buying or servicing, I always get taken care of and get a fair price on what I'm doing. Are they busy sometimes? Of course, there is a reason breakwater is so busy while the others are not!
Breakwater sold my boat. I got less for it than they said I would. Their payment process needs work.
We recently bought a New Tige Z1 from Aaron and everything has gone great. They gave us a fair price and were very helpful. They are also very responsive unlike other dealers. This is my second major purchase with Breakwater and we have been satisfied both times.
The product they sell (Larson Boats) are great, but doing business with Aaron Fell (owner/president) ..... Not! Typical Salesman. All talk and no do!! Beware!! If you want to know more about our story, let me know. I would be happy to share.
