Extremely disappointed with Ford Squamish!
We bought a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer. Our car has been in and out if the shop since November 2020. Issues such as climate errors, engine won't start, charging ports dysfunction. All things that should not be showing in a brand new car. When we picked up our vehicle after 5 weeks it had a broken front windshield and 1200K added to the Odometer!
I got ripped off by the service center. They charged me for a full container of def fluid when I just topped it up a day before. I called them on it and they said they used a whole container. Not possible. It has less than 40 Kim’s since the tank was overflowing full. I am never going back
We left van that was under warranty with Coastal Ford to fix a number of issues for our commercial vehicle of which we explicitly outlined.
Three months later they return the vehicle to us, the airbag light is still on. In the three months they had our vehicle, we find it very hard to believe that they were unable to acquire a part for a 2015 model. Now our company has to rent out a commercial vehicle to replace our van that we are unable to licence until the airbag issue is fixed.
Although the staff is all recently new here, I had a great experience throughout the entire process from sales to service since I have had my F150.
I had my truck in service and needed a truck for work for the day and the Sales Manager stepped up and lent me his truck for the day.
They are all friendly and eager to help.
