My place has no buzzer. They won't send you messages or emails to let you know they arrived but left with a "no responses" message. Or they would send you a "delay scheduled delivery time" after they have already left your place a few hours ago. Pay a lot and receive nothing. Terrible service.
Believe me, if I could give less stars I would. Very unorganized experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get to pick the shipper, as the seller arranged shipping. I will never willingly choose to ship with dhl. Made multiple phone calls to customer service, and I was told something different from every one of them. Eventually led to not getting my package on time, (still haven’t) which upset myself and others, and made ME look like a fool. Not happy.
Terrible delivery with a huge delay. The operator scheduled delivery, but nobody comes.
Nightmare! I had been waiting for the delivery for the whole day. At 5 pm, I received a text message saying Delivery attempted, recipient not home. All lie! And this is not the first time they do this.
Very fast shipment but you have to pickup if there is duty. Will not deliver to your condo unless it get paid, however dhlcannot give time when it will come. Practically expe tyou to wait whole day or pick it up the next day and pay duty.
Three days I have waited for my package. Day 1 I received a text message saying incorrect address. I called and confirmed my address was indeed correct and it would be delivered the next day. Day 2, I called as the tracking didnt indicate that it was out with the driver, to be delivered tomorrow. Day 3, text message, address information needed. I am now going to drive 40 km to YVR airport to pick it up tomorrow. Three days wasted. Maybe the delivery driver needs to be spoken too.
Worst service. They missed the first delivery attempt. Now the customer service does not know if it will be delivered or on hold. Just have wait for 24 hrs if I need pick up from a location close to me
It took them two days to ship something from the other side of the world, and so far its taken them twice as long, and counting, to get it to me. They tried to drop it off before the date I scheduled a delivery, they recorded a delivery in their system even though I was home the entire time and never heard a knock on the door, and on the requested delivery date they showed up five hours late and I was already at work. Even after you pick it up from them, you have to wait two days til its ready.
Absolutely terrible. I paid for express supposed to come on the 7th of Nov... waited all day, called in and they said its actually the 8th even though the tracking clearly says Scheduled: 7 Nov. End of day is apparently 9pm. 2 days of having to wait around for a important package. Will never use DHL agaian.

They claimed to attempt delivery even though I was home all morning and they didn’t even try the buzzer! When I called to have them come back they claimed they did not have contact with drivers, after many complaints still horrible service. Now I wait for a second day at home for them to maybe come on something I paid extra for to get on time. Worst service ever.
WORST & terrible customer service! The reception has never talked/asked me, even though I have been waiting for service at the counter. (She was there when I came in, so she should know) It took more than 10 min just to drop off with prepaid shipment! No professional at all compare to other couriers. Visitor parking spots are always full even though there is no customer.
I can't contact the office my package is being held at and they don't call if they can not get into your building. I was suppose to get a delivery today and I waited and then I called them and they said it is not being shipped out to an address problem in which I called 2 days before to reconfirm the Address. Now I have to go pick it up near the airport but I have to wait and look on line when it says it is ready for pick up. The other couriers are not like this. I do not recommend this company
Very poor customer service. Paying extra for express shipping means nothing to them. They will not prioritize you, or make any kind of meaningful effort to get you your package on time. 5 days waiting for something that should have took 2 days.
Very good service. Online tracking excellent. Shipped a surfboard from Thailand. Online request to pickup worked well. Staff at the Richmond depot on miller Road very helpful. Board in perfect condition.
supervisor magda is very unprofessional!!! she dont treat people eaually. she kicked me out for waiting a friend to drop something. i was there many times before but nobody kicked me out. even the guard said i dont know that nobody is allowed here?!! Dhl fixed ur people!!!
