    I ordered a bunch of water from there for a party and they came perfectly in time and i talked to the driver he was very friendly. I will now continue using this great company.

    I have been a long time customer but am fed up with promises of delivery and not showing up. They put a hold on my account and said I owed $12 and won't deliver until I pay it but refused to pick up the 8 bottles worth $80 deposit they owed me!

    every delivery date we have from them, they do not deliver and when you call they say they will come out again and still no water.

    Been customer for many years. For the past two years, delivery has been terrible. Works very well for a few months and then stops. Numerous phone calls have no effect. They promise the next day but the weeks pass with no water. Time for a new company!

    I called everyday this week and confirmed water to be delivered same date. However, no bottle of water is delivered till to date. I phoned again and I was informed that the bottle could not be delivered, I have no choice to cancel my 10 years account. I am really disappointed on recent services such as late and irresponsible phone confirmation delivery.

    could not get them to pick up their cooler and bottles. they missed several appointments for pickup. i was a long term customer. now i am stuck with 12 bottles and a cooler that i have to carry in and out of my suite each time they make a promise to pick up and dont show up.
