Newport Village RBC

On Jan 18/2017 I entered Newport Village RBC & right away noticed that they had promoted their receptionist to a Bank Teller;Once my turn that I asked this same Chinese lady for a VoidCheque for my work;My own branch is on #3 Road, Richmond with Transit # 04800;This lady issued me the same account # as mine but Transit #04400(Newport Village);On Jan 28/2017 when I never got paid my Employer informed me of above;I wentDownstairs 2 talk to her manager & even her manager couldn't figure it out.WOW

Just waited for 5 minutes in this bank which was empty other than one other customer while the 2 available tellers stood around and gossiped. When I finally got service the teller told me if I want prompt service I should have used the atm.
