I have doctors nurses and other medical staff in my immediate family. I have terrific medical staff. This isn’t that. I called to get information about my appointment for my IUD removal and talked to 2 different women- staff so disorganized and so rude- bells and red flags where going off. I listen to my intuition. Even though it’ll Take months to get another appointment with another clinic, I’m risking it to avoid dealing with this place. Canceled my appointment! Scary stuff. I’d avoid.

One star because ...

One star because none is not an option. If you can NEVER go to this medical clinic. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not good follow through with appointments and you can expect to be in the wrong for staff mistakes.
