WilcoCivilInc. Was responsible for the landscaping of our 26 unit strata development in West Vancouver. The finished landscaping on the slopes on both sides of the two buildings and centre between the two buildings did not resemble the landscape plan at all Other than a smattering of evergreen trees and a couple of deciduous trees these common areas look incomplete, More like an abandoned lot. They did meet with us over a year ago but the meeting was unsatisfactory, their attitude poor.
