Had a very negative experience with this business when I needed help recovering a significant unpaid invoice from a general contractor for whom I had done some subcontract work on a construction project. I had to pay several thousands of dollars in administrative fees due to the size of the unpaid invoice, but PCR never recovered a single cent on my behalf. I escalated this problem all the way to the owner (Brad), but his only "remedy" was to explain that fees are necessary.
