    STAY AWAY from this dealer, they are passing off certified pre-owned vehicles as fully reconditioned, when in fact they have done a minimum amount of superficial work, items that were passed off as fully serviced were never even looked at, one employee even commented to me that they don't really do much in the way of service on their used cars, stick to the LML or Vancouver Island when looking for a certified pre-owned car."     I've been coming to Turner VW for years now and am happy to say that my references have all been great! I've been involved in at least a dozen vehicle purchases for myself directly or indirectly for friend and family and they've went very well. Service has always been a pleasure. The explain what is going on with my car and help me decide when repairs or maintainance need to be done. Only a person that has problems everywhere they go would have a bad experience at Turner VW. Keep it up!

    Don't take your car there

    I'm sorry to say I did not have a good experience here. I was pressured into extra work on my car and spent over $2000 only to find the original problem I came in for was not fixed! The service advisor was pushy. I have taken my car to another shop and will not be coming back.
