DO NOT SHOP HERE. Sept 6.21 went in to buy a fridge. Talked out of the fridge and convinced to buy LG. Wait times are realistic. Very expensive purchase! Nov 28 , my first date of delivery - NO FRIDGE . Dec 9 , second date -NO FRIDGE . Dec 14 , third date -NO FRIDGE , not even a courtesy call after booking day off I called them. NO FRIDGE ! NO DATE. All of a sudden after 3 months im told COVID , GLOBAL SHORT. . Any excuse you can think of now .. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE !

As with all Ryobi batteries so, this one didnt even come close to the warranty period. And as usual, I cant get a hold of Ryobi to get a replacement. I have left Call Back requests ever day for two weeks without ever getting a call back. I have left numerous emails, without any interest in helping me. I have sat on hold for 20 minutes at a time without ever getting to talk to anyone. I finally went into the store and asked to talk to a Manager. When I explained my problem to the person at the Cu
