Horrible experience. Prepaid 7 weeks cleaning when my son was born. She only completed 6 and refused to refund the 7th. Constantly didn't show for scheduled cleaning dates with no warning until I messaged her. Blocked me instead of dealing with the issue. When I posted on some mommy sites about this they also complained of her punctuality. Completely unprofessional and sub par cleaning
