    Horrible service, denying families viewing if the deceased has passed from COVID even tho the BC CDC states a body is not contagious after death. They wont allow viewers and wont allow an open casket. SHAMEFUL. I have contacted them to to educate them on their policies. Im a health care work so I understand how difficult it can be, but this is unnecessary. I have also been in contact with Public Health in BC to make sure I have the right facts and I plan on taking this higher and higher.
