3 weeks ago I bought an Enviro Maxx their high-end Pellet Stove and it has not worked properly at all. I messaged Sherwood Feb 20th, 22nd, 23rd and 27th. Still no call back. Extremely poor customer service. Praying for some answers, $4000 stove and no heat.
Purchased an enviro wood stove a couple years back and it has never let me down, use it every day throughout the winter and it keeps my entire family warm while being efficient in its wood burning. Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar product.
Sherwood industries doesn’t back their products. Bought a Eviro wood stove with five years left on warranty called several times was transferred to a company called compact appliance who then brushed all issues away saying it’s the customer. Shame on this company for not backing its products
Bought a Kodiak 1700 insert for my elderly Dad's fireplace so he could heat his small house. Purchased in 2010 a problem was found in with the firebox cracking a few weeks ago with one year left on the warranty. He has very limited resources so he contacted the dealer who sent the info to Sherwood and the claim was denied. I finally got in contact them and the claim was flatly denied by Jory. I asked to speak to his manager and he said there was no one else to speak to, Treated very badly!
I bought an Enviro e31 gas insert from your dealer Cal spas in Albuquerque nm on 8/28/15 and it was installed on 10/26/15. As of todays date it has not operated for more than 3 weeks without a service call.The dealer keeps saying that they do not have parts in stock. I am very unhappy with this unit and intend to spread the word.
