It's the price, they are crazy for what they charge!!! 1195 PLUS tax PLUS you have to pay for power, per month. What??!?!!! Are you serious? Absolutely ridiculous and frankly it's gouging. How disappointing, what exactly do you offer that's so special?? Pfft bye, that's all I'll say about that...
May 2014 - We stayed here for the month of may 2014, since there are no prices on their website we called, got a quote of $995.40 which is very high, but we were hoping for a great experience so we decided to stay. After 4 weeks they chaged us $103.96 for two extra days because a month to them is four weeks! Emails go ignored, the roads are in terrible shape, there is construction 7 days a week starting at 7am. No wifi, no secured gates, the lots are not leveled at all, and they are so soft you cant level your RV at all, the oversized pads we have sank deep into the ground. Overall the worst park we have stayed in, and we will not be back. We stayed in a 37 foot motorhome.
I have stayed in campgrounds all over Alberta. I work on the road and have seen all kinds of different campgrounds. This one is amazing. Its brand new. Washrooms were super clean. They even have executive bathrooms with jet tubs that is better than any hotel. Each site has cement pads for picnic tables and fire pit area. After it rained each site stayed clean with the grass and cement sites. The management provided excellent customer service. I would definately recommend this place to anyone.
