I would highly recommend the Red Deer branch of “The Trenchless Guys” for their competence, problem-solving skills and their treatment of customers. Having an old character house, set apart from common street access, and surrounded by stately trees presented some challenges that might have deterred a company from taking the job – or lead to additional charges. To my relief, the management took the time to visit, think about the problems and come up with a plan. They then made the necessary outside arrangements – drawing on the good will they have cultivated with other service providers in the community, and took on the challenge. They calmly overcame unexpected problems along the way and ended up with a successful job. Regardless of the additional thought, arrangements and care the job required and extra charge was minimal and more than fair.
