Dropped almost 3k in store for a BDS lift kit, one of the performance shocks failed right out of box, had the installation shop sent a report with pictures to CDO employee named Justin. Getting nothing but a run around, already got me to tow truck to back to shop and take more pictures and send .then the next day want me to tow truck back take it out and cycle shock again. I have already spent over 400 $ on jumping hoops for these guys. could have bought the shock and installed already.
