Belated message back to 2006: Bought a used laptop for son for $1500; paid $300 for extended warranty. Computer ended up a dud - faulty port. Jason Vetter blamed it on food in the keyboard. A friend tech examined it and found no food. We knew that cause we didn't permit our son to eat with his computer. I returned to CT and they gave another excuse. No amends. Then an e from CT H.O. to Lethbridge inadvertently cc'ed me, praising Vetter office for standing their ground. Still have letter on file.
