This is the worst Scotiabank brunch that I've ever been to. I come here occasionally to do my banking. Every time I come in they try to send me to the ABM machine or to do this or that online. No, If I made a trip to the bank - I want things done, not going back home to do it online. And no, I don't need $1000 in 20's from the ABM. I don't feel welcomed here as a customer. I was never treated like this in any other brunches.
