STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $600.00 FOR THE WORST HAIR EXTENSIONS EVER!!!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 single star!!!! After spending all this money on hair I was very happy with it...for a week. Then it started matting and knotting and was completely unmanageable!! When I went back to speak to the "owner" she refused to even meet me halfway with a solution. She actually blamed me and told me she had never had this problem with other clients. After hearing her say this I asked her why, if she was so confident with the brand of hair, she wouldn't take out this horrible stuff and put new stuff in...she replied..."because I don't want you back here complaining in 2 weeks again". Wow. Very nice way to run your business. She then left her house and had her staff member (who I must admit was a very nice girl) remove the extensions. The owner (lori) was texting her telling her she better charge me for removing them which would have costed...wait for it...$75.00 an hour. Since I was there for almost 3 hours having my hair torn out it would have costed me $200 more!!!!!! Thankfully the girl removing them did not make me pay as she felt so badly for the way I had been treated! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR EXTENSIONS!!!! I know what good extensions are and how to take care of them and these were completely unmanageable and after all said and done I am left with a pounding head ache and $600.00 WASTED!!
