My experience with permanent makeup started on my eyebrows done by Elvira. Her technique, use of pigments are the best! I continued with eyeliners and lips and only I could say that Elvira is the best in her field! No correction needed: great shape right after first procedure, painless and healing without any issues at all. If anyone looking for “ wake up with makeup” don’t think too long and book with Elvira!
