We switched alarm companies and disconnected the BML system and never got a phone call that it was not working. We phoned and asked them to cancel the service, Two months later they said we could only cancel with a letter and that we owed them for two months service plus a no payment fee. They had nothing to monitor for two months. Do NOT do business with this company.

BML took over our monitoring from Bolt. Despite the fact that we moved provinces, and advised them of such, and they were no longer actually monitoring, they have been chasing us with creditors ever since for some reason to which I am not aware. How can they charge me for a service they have not and had not been providing? No monitoring connection, no telephone service. Told you we were moving when we got our renewal notice. So what do I owe you for exactly?

Will not do busin...

Will not do business with them again. Closed a retail store they were monitoring for me, sent the cancellation info and all my contact information for any balance owing. They stopped billing me for the monthly monitoring and sent my bill to collections. If they had contacted me using the contact information I provided they could have had this sorted out with one phone call. Funny how the collections guy had no problem finding me but BML couldn't be bothered. Bad business BML.
