Ricky at enterprise , basically scammed me , when I got a rental provided by my insurance ..he told me I needed the add on insurance …I did not need it ….
He knew how insurance rentals worked , but scammed me …I will never rent a car from his enterprise location ever again..
I have had exceptional service from this location, clean vehicle at pick up, given all the insurance options etc, and I give credit to the man who served me, Chipi. Thumps up!! I would rent there again
I needed a rental car while my car went in for repairs. I could not be happier with the service I received from Andy and his team. I was picked up at the location that my car was getting fixed, the renting of the car took moments and I was on my way. when I returned the car the return was just a fast and easy.they drove me to where my car was being fixed and waited to be sure that my car was ready before leaving me.next time a need a rental car I will be going back to this location.
good service but the car I got only had mud tires and was very dangerous to drive because there was absolutely no traction on ice. not suitable at all for winter driving in calgary
This location has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They are quick, courteous and also check up on your rental and how things are going. No standing and waiting for your rental. I would use them again.
This location has the best customer service of any car rental company I have used and I travel a lot. They go through the car with you to make sure you understand all the bells and whistles and often call you to ensure the car is working out as you like.
