BRUTAL CLEANING JOB DONE
We bought a group-on from the company, for a 2 hour 2 person (4 hour total man hours) move out clean. They did SUCH a bad job, well in fairness the fridge they cleaned is good but the fridge and the tub are all they cleaned. Then I called back to see what happened, Steph said "It’s a voucher, what do you expect" she then proceeded to say "well go get a refund then" and hung up on me. Now Buytopia is trying to reach them but they don’t answer the phone and the messages are full (of polite nice messages about a job well done I'm sure, haha) This company is run very very poorly and needs to be exposed for the hack job they do and they attitude they offer. Spread the word, that this will just cause more headaches for anyone who buys this voucher.
