We had our kitchen done by Poplar Ridge, the experience was awful, first they installed the wrong countertop, 2 years later the counter top had a crack on a corner, and the entire counter top started to lift as the glue did not hold. So after 2 years of having our custom kitchen built and installed by Poplar Ridge we are now looking at replacing the whole counter top. When I contacted Poplar Ridge I was told my one year warranty was up, and I would have to pay them to fix it.
