One Way Streets Residents of Springdale are advised that, as of Wednesday, October 1st, Forest Road and Hemlock Lane will become one way streets. All vehicular traffic using these streets will be required to enter via Main Street only and exit on Bayview Road. Council felt this move was necessary due to safety concerns regarding poor sightlines caused by on street parking and snow accumulation along Main Street.
