The Cornwall/Charlottetown KOA is a family camping and RV Park beautifully located 9 km southwest of Charlottetown, along the scenic West River and situated in the centre of Prince Edward Island. Within a short drive of ocean beaches, the provincial capital of Charlottetown and historic villages, this KOA offers plenty to do. The great location makes it easy to explore all of the island. Wide, grassy RV Sites and shady Tent Sites border the wide West River. Take a dip in the heated Olympic-size pool before you watch movies and play Ping-Pong or a game of pool in the huge activity center. Guests love to go clam digging on the beach and have a clam boil. Your best friends will enjoy the enclosed K9 dog park. A half hour away, explore the sand dunes, sandstone cliffs and beaches at Prince Edward Island National Park of Canada. Whether you wish to see parts of Charlottetown, Cavendish, or Summerside, they are all just a short day trip away. And during the evening you can enjoy our pool, get caught up on laundry, participate in the scheduled activities, walk the Confederation Trail, or just relax in your RV or one of our cabins. Many of our sites are satellite friendly. Chelton Beach is just minutes away where you can enjoy the warmest water in PEI! This beach is ideal for swimming and perfect for younger children.Our Music Hall is up and running again. Depending on COVID restrictions, we will have local entertainment performing on Friday nights. Bring your own instruments and voices if you want to take part in open mic sessions or jam with fellow campers any day of the week. We have many who want to try their talents and for those who don't, it is fun and relaxing to watch and listen.
