Have bought a few bikes here and it is always a great experience as the staff are so nice. the guys at the bike counter are so knowledgable and helpful - one in particular really stands out to me and of course i can't remember his name but he really went out of his way to explain every aspect of my recent purchase - and he wasnt a sales floor guy - he was a bike tech - i really appreciated it. my sister mentioned the same guy when she went in on a different occasion and got the same experience. love happy helpful people!!!

Just finished purchasing some new outerwear from sportcheck, Jill was great, helped with every detail and was very knowlegable when it came to the prodcuts, now i can run outside in the winter and not lose any toes!
