One of the best pizza parlours in st.thomas. Wings are great, and not just because they are literally the biggest wings I have ever seen. With that being said, get the wings double cooked if you are squeamish on the chance of underdone chicken. Staff is always friendly and a lively atmosphere inside. My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though.
I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. Thank you for a great night out!

Visited from out of the town to eat. To our unexpected surprise we were greeted by the rudest hostess. We decided to leave after not feeling welcome. I mentioned that there are many places to dine and thought they would like the business of a family of 8 on a sat 4:30pm. Her response oh no, we will be busy tonight anyway. Spoke to employee in back alley and she came out and said he’s just the cook like he’s not important. We value cooks! Sorry Danny we gave our dining $$$$ elsewhere:(

We have come every year in December from Hamilton to Simcoe to see the Christmas lights. We stop at the Barrel Restaurant first, and it is a highlight of our trip: excellent food, excellent atmosphere. There is a very large menu, so I know people can order what they want and sometimes get something different from what they want. Suffice to say that I find the Penne Capri on par with meals served in Italy, and my husband and in-laws refuse to order anything other than the lasagna because they enjoy it so much every time. Good work once again!

When La Casa Ristorante first opened its doors on March 10, 1994, proprietor Syl Basacco had already done his homework by studying and copying many of our Mom's recipes from back home in Ceprano, Italy.
