The worst customer service I have ever received. The salesperson I am dealing with will not return my calls or the messages I left with the receptionist. I was told to tear out the old fireplace tile and to extent the hurt which I did. I have a wedding coming up in Aug and my house is a mess. Called again today and asked for the manager to call me and guess what, he is ignoring me. I just need to know what is going on.
