bad topsoil

Hmm where do I start, last time I bought some top soil from Centre De Jardin Del Esta and redid my lawn in my backyard, I added top soil and put grass seeds, all went very well. So this year I said to my self I must do the front lawn since there top soil is great! What a mistake that was. I bought the pesticide and wiped all that was on the lawn and waited like 14 days and added the top soil, I guess I worked hard and so did my wife putting the seeds and all, rolling that topsoil. A week later, what do I see some type of weed which I never seen before. So I go to Centre De Jardin Del Esta and explain my problem somehow it was my soil that was bad. Someone did come over and said it was a one deal thing, that it won t happen next year that it will disappear. What about the jungle that’s growing this year. can you help with that??? I asked if we could at least get compensated for our hard work, by at least giving something to remove that jungle. And for a 10 $ bottle of pesticide I think I would of gave a free bottle to at least compensate for the trouble. I guess we do know where to go from now on and it’s certainly not Centre De Jardin Del Esta.
