Facetiously & condescendingly confuses congeniality with competence. Cares more about writing RXs than finding solutions. Concentrates on symptoms, not underlying conditions. Pills pills bills & pills - the motto. Time slots being quint- or quadruple-booked, one spends 80-180 minutes waiting, then is made to feel like an inconvenience for attending a necessary appointment during which the iPhone inevitably takes precedence; unethically defrauding insurers/OHIP while not truly treating patients.
