I have used them a couple times for importing granite counter tops and for an ebike. Their fee was under $100, taxes and duty are extra. Not sure if their fees are reasonable for lower value shipments. After I gave the shipping company their info, my shipments were delivered without issue.

Poor Customer Service

I tried to use this service when I was getting an item from the US. Not having experience with custom brokers and finding the process challenging to understand, I tried to get an explanation of the process from the company. I spoke to a customer service rep, and as I had some follow-up questions, I called a week later and spoke to a another customer service rep. She was not helpful, appeared to too busy to answer my questions and impatient.
