Waterloo Honda opened in 1979, initially at a location on Gage Avenue, and then moved to its present location on King St. across from Conestoga Mall in 1986. Since that time, Waterloo Honda has increased the size of their service department and added an express service lane.
Sales Rep and Manager at this location , God Forbid you ever call them out on any type of fraudulent scam or poor service, they threaten you to be careful. All because initially asked them to purchase all 4 new tires for my car. ....SAFETY ISSUES AND CONCERNS RIGHT?! ..rotted tires or whatever..retaliation and ..KW car bombs? I am scared now to go back there. I guess I just have to take it. Shame on me.
I went in at the first hour on Saturday (9am) for a quick oil-change. I as advised for the full service and the service person did not tell me anything about the wait time. I kept waiting. After 1.5 hours (~10:30am) I first asked and was told that the car will be ready shortly, after 45 minutes of waiting further, I asked again around ~12:15pm. This time they checked with the garage and it was told it would take another 40min to get the work done! In total it took more than 4 hours for the work
I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.
Worst Honda dealership I have ever been to. I recommend you go anywhere but here. The people who work here have turned me away from ever buying a Honda again due to my experience. We were accused and ridiculed by customer service reps, very disappointing to have people like this represent such a good name.
All the people at this dealership just great.
My wife and me were dealing here for more than
12 years. Every person is very informative,
friendly and make you feel important.
I've bought two cars from these guys over the years. I fully trust their knowledgeable advice (service and sales). I think it’s unique in this industry!!!
Thanks again!
