Our company can offer a variety of expertise, from conceptual design and 3D modeling, fabrication and erection crews for structural and miscellaneous steel(s), to repairs on existing structures and buildings. We also specialize in miscellaneous metals, such as stairs & railings working with but not limited to: different grades of aluminum, stainless steel(s), mild steel(s), T1 steel(s), hardened steel(s) & dissimilar metals, setting us aside from our competitors as most welding companies only offer mild steel welding. General contractors who have had the opportunity to work with us seem to enjoy the one stop shopping. We have outstanding relationships with a number of respected general contractors in the greater Ottawa region and different bodies within the Government of Canada.     They never called back and poor phone manners

    I met the service technican on site requested a quote and never heard back. I called them again and tried their website left a message woth know reply. My last effort, called spoke to a man with a strong Europen accent hard to understand but left a message and never got a call back. If you want a company to do some welding don't waste your time with this one.

    This customer sent a request via website, which had an invalid email that was not coming to us. This problem has been rectified. Apparently he did speak with one of my estimators, however I checked our message books and cannot see that he called back looking to speak to the estimator who he originally talked with. It seems that he relied on our website which was not set up properly. I apologize for not getting back to him. I only wish that he would have called us back so that we could have followed up for him. Very sorry that we missed his business.
