I had them install a new cap on a 2021 F150. When I picked the truck up there was a scratch on the right panel in line with a belt buckle or button. There was paint missing along the bottom of the cap with fiberglass visible. The cap was completely filthy, covered in dust and greasy hand prints on the glass with cobwebs and dust on the inside of the cab. I brought these situations to their attention, he said he is not taking responsiblity and walked away. This is the kind of job you can expect.
