I ordered firewood and was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery. Three weeks later I still don't have the firewood. I phoned over the last week and left 5 or 6 messages but never got a callback. I've given up and now need to find another supplier.
I get my firewood from Sampson's Firewood every year they give good dry firewood & really good service.
I have been doing business with this company for a number of years, and have always found them to be very professional. The wood has always been of the highest quality. I would recomend this company to anyone. Thanks Sampsons Firewood
I ordered two cords. I got way short of two cords. When I called to complain, I was told that I must be mistaken. I said I wasn't mistaken, because I had gotten two cords from someone else the year before, and I knew exactly how much room it took to stack two cords. The response then was that the driver the year before must have delivered me too much wood. I asked if someone from Sampson's could come out and let me show them the difference. I was told that it might happen 'one of these days'. I have waited two weeks and had no further word. Now I am warning the public.
