Sold me 3 heat pumps on the premise I’d get $6500 in rebates. I paid up front ($11,000). They sent me the rebate steps and booked my install. I register for rebate.Install is booked for Dec 7.

Dec 2 - I email heat pump company to see if it’s ok that the install is happening first. No response. I assume it is fine.Install happens. Energy Aud comes the week after and says he cannot do the audit - because of the install. No rebate. They won’t do a thing
