Horrible internet provider. Terrible pricing/overage fees. Remarkably inconsistent ping and download speeds, with them never really being at there advertised rates: supposed to get 10MB/s, and we rarely ever get past 4MB, usually sitting at 0.5KB/s. To boot they have disgusting customer service, the mechanics are nice. We have asked to upgrade from our DSL and offered to pay completely, with mechanics saying its possible only to be denied by higher-ups because they will not only do our house.

NWTel TV listings and TFC programming do not synchronize! Time difference is 3 hours! Example: TV listing says 12:01 pm but the program showing is a program suppose to be aired at 3:01 pm - a 3 hour discrepancy! Despite complaints, technicians said they cannot do to fix the problem! Whoa! This has been going on since the start of 2019! Very frustrating!
