My friend and I usually eat on Saturdays. There could be a wait time as the place is very busy. I always ask to sit in a section with my favourite server the Roadrunner. She could turn the Coyotes shorts inside out and friendly to boot! The good is great! A couple of times the fries were not so warm, she replaced them. I look forward to next Saturday.
I had a coupon for delivery, thinking I could use it for take out as it saves the trouble anyways of a delivery. Well no it was only for delivery and the cashier proceeded to tell me how there was take out coupons as if I didn't know. I told her yes but that this delivery meal was the one I wanted. On top of that she messed up my order giving me white meat when I ordered dark meat, and not offering the combo which included a drink, as I assumed I was getting. Terrible service.
I love Swiss Chalet - always have. But yesterday while celebrating with some friends over lunch, I started to feel somewhat ill. Today, I woke up with food poisoning from the chicken penne. I don't discredit you as a great place to eat but after this awful experience, I can't see myself eating here again.
