Waiting room floor not very clean. No business computer/phone system other than personal iphone/tablet. Treatment room doors are in the middle of waiting area, you can hear people talking during treatment and when the door is open people standing in waiting area can see inside. iphone set up during treatment is possible invasion/lack of privacy and not professional as it is distracting and there should be a proper computer/phone system set up in office area. Face opening on table too small.
