The receptionist called the day before my appointment to confirm that I would be there. I arrived 10 minutes early and then sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was the last one in the waiting room and still wasn’t called so I decided to leave. The receptionist said I was supposed to let her know I was there even though I sat where she could see me. I won’t go back to Dr. Rajakumar’s office ever again because of the receptionist.
