Bought a Havoc scooter for $220, It made a clicking sound from the beginning, brought it back after about 30 days, A young guy try to fix it. I came back after another week, I got "the manager of MARTI, he is really stubborn to deal with, he would not take it back even though they said bring it back if it STILL does that!!!
They kept changing the policy in front of me ...from 60 days return to 15!?
